Account and data deletion
You can delete your Kupi eSIM account in the app. If the app has been uninstalled or you cannot sign in, use the website or email support. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
In the mobile app
Open your account → Delete account, enter your current password and confirm. This action cannot be undone.
On the website
Sign in, open Profile → Delete account, and confirm with your password. This deletes the website account. If the website and app currently use separate databases, email support separately to delete the app account.
If you cannot sign in
Email us, preferably from the address associated with your account, state that you want your account and associated data deleted, and say whether you created it in the app or on the website. If you no longer have access to that email, provide another reply address. Do not send your password, card details or eSIM QR code. We may verify account ownership to protect your data.
What is deleted
The account, sign-in tokens, pending email changes, password-reset tokens, related temporary sessions and reviews are removed. Access to purchased eSIMs and payment history in the account ends. Save the QR code and ICCID first.
Paid-order and payment records are not erased immediately when needed to fulfil the service, handle refunds and disputes, or keep mandatory records. Under the current policy the ledgers are retained for up to five years after order fulfilment unless law or an ongoing dispute requires longer. Technical eSIM data may be erased earlier after the service ends when no Plans are active or queued. Old purchases are not automatically attached to a new account using the same email. Email support to request deletion of other data.
